The naval workshop of Tec Service Italia in the oil field has always been committed to safety and the environment with maintenance and repairs to motor-driven compressors, antifire power pumps, and antipollution foaming pump barriers.

MECHANICAL WORKSHOP

Mechanical works are carried out in this department

The mechanical department provides the Customer with polished and/or mill products using the most developed equipment.

The group of automatic machine tools, machine learning and rational is universally placed side by side very quickly. The department has accessories equipment.

Tec Service Italia is an agile and extremely flexible working organization that satisfies a variety of requests. The mechanical workshop accomplishes:
prototypes manufactured for new product models or special versions of standard products;
components manufactured in small or medium batches, usually from our frequent collaboration.

The conformity controls of the products are directly carried out on board the machine from an extremely qualified staff through the use of suitable instruments, calibrated and certified having been inspected at different intervals.

MECHANICAL CARPENTRY

Mechanical constructions are carried out in this department

The carpentry department of Tec Service Italia has an extremely qualified staff operating according to leading procedures.
On the job stations these are accomplished:
weldings TIG, MIG or tubular electrodes, streamlines and metal sheets in the main alloys (stainless steel and carbon steel)
structures and tubular bases and streamlines for installations or machine tools.

Besides, the department has suitable equipment for shearing and bending metal sheets allowing a quick availability of semicomponents, even in limited quantity.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Mechanical assemblages are carried out in this department

If the company mission involves offering a service of 360 degrees in the field of mechanics, it’s impossible to ignore the problems related to the connection of mechanical assemblages.

Answering this requirement Tec Service Italia is available for its own Customers with its Know-how and resources by offering a service of mechanical assemblage or complete machinery.
